Dark Chocolate Ice-Cream

Using PRONTO DARK CHOCOLATE

ICE-CREAM:

  • PRONTO DARK CHOCOLATE: 1,750 kg
  • Milk or Water: 3,000 l
  • Total Weight: 4,350 kg

Instructions for Use: Heat milk or water basis and PRONTO DARK CHOCOLATE to 60°C. Blend well with a hand-blender for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the blended mixture into the ice-cream machine.
