Using PRONTO SALTED CARAMEL

ICE-CREAM:

  • PRONTO SALTED CARAMEL: 1,285 kg
  • Milk: 3,000 l
  • Total Weight: 4,285 kg

Instructions for Use: Mix milk and PRONTO SALTED CARAMEL with a hand-blender for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the blended mixture into the ice-cream machine.
