Using TRIRAPIDO 50 & PRONTO SEAHORSE

ICE-CREAM:

  • PRONTO DARK CHOCOLATE: 1,250 kg
  • Milk: 3,000 l
  • Total Weight: 4,350 kg

Instructions for Use: Mix milk and PRONTO DARK CHOCOLATE with a hand-blender for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the blended mixture into the ice-cream machine.
