Using PRONTO SOUR APPLE RING

ICE-CREAM:

  • PRONTO SOUR APPLE RING: 1,200 kg
  • Milk or Water: 2,800 l
  • Total Weight: 4,000 kg

Instructions for Use: Mix milk or water and PRONTO SOUR APPLE RING with a hand-blender for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the blended mixture into the ice-cream machine.
