Milky Basis:

  • TRIRAPIDO 50: 0,050 kg
  • Milk (3.5% fat): 1,000 kg
  • Caster Sugar: 0,220 kg
  • Milk Powder: 0,040 kg
  • Cream: 0,050 kg
  • Dextrose: 0,030 kg
  • Total Weight: 1,390 kg

ICE-CREAM:

  • ICE CREAM PASTE VANILLA 263: 0,080 kg
  • Milky Basis: 4,000 l
  • Total Weight: 4,080 kg

Instructions for Use: Mix milky basis and ICE CREAM PASTE VANILLA 263 with a hand-blender for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the blended mixture into the ice-cream machine.
