Using TRIRAPIDO 50 & ICE-CREAM PASTE WHITE CREAM

Milky Basis:

  • TRIRAPIDO 50: 0.050 kg
  • Milk (3.5% fat): 1.000 kg
  • Caster Sugar: 0.220 kg
  • Milk Powder: 0.040 kg
  • Cream: 0.050 kg
  • Dextrose: 0.030 kg
  • Total Weight: 1.390 kg

ICE-CREAM:

  • ICE CREAM PASTE WHITE CREAM: 0.240 kg
  • Milky Basis: 4.000 l
  • Total Weight: 4.240 kg

Instructions for Use: Mix the milky basis and ICE CREAM PASTE WHITE CREAM with a hand-blender for 5 minutes. Then let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour the blended mixture into the ice-cream machine.
