Batter:

  • VEGAN SOFT CAKE MIX: 1.000 kg
  • Vegetable Oil: 0.400 kg
  • Water: 0.600 l
  • Total weight: 2.000 kg

Mixing time: 5 - 7 minutes

Baking temperature: 180 °C – 190° C

Baking time: 10 - 12 minutes

Instructions for use: Mix all the ingredients together for the specified time. Once well mixed, spread the batter on the trays and bake for the indicated duration.

Filling Cream:

  • VEGAN CREAM: 0.500 kg
  • PASTAROM PASTE MOCHA: 0.020 kg
  • Vegan Liquid Cream: 0.500 kg
  • Water: 0.750 l
  • Total weight: 1.770 kg

Mixing time: 5 minutes, High speed

Instructions for use: After the VEGAN SOFT CAKE is baked and cut, brush each layer with a syrup made from PASTAROM PASTE MOCHA. Then, apply the filling cream on top of the layers. Freeze the assembled cake at -18°C. Once frozen, cover it with glaze and add your chosen decorations.
