  • SCHAUMTRAUM: 1.000 kg
  • Water: 0.500 l
  • Total weight: 1.500 kg

Mixing time: 5 minutes, Medium speed

Baking temperature: 80 °C

Baking time: 120 minutes

Instructions for use: Mix all the ingredients together at medium speed until a soft homogeneous meringue is achieved. Shape the meringue as desired and bake in the oven. Once cooled, decorate the mini pavlovas with fresh fruits.
