Biscuit Dough:

  • VEGAN SOFT CAKE MIX: 0.250 kg
  • SEEDS & GRAINS: 0.250 kg
  • Margarine: 0.225 kg
  • Total weight: 0.725 kg

Mixing time: 5 - 7 minutes, medium speed

Baking temperature: 180 °C – 190° C

Baking time: 10 - 12 minutes

Filling Cream:

  • VEGAN CREAM CUSTARD: 0.200 kg
  • Chia Seeds: 0.080 kg
  • Water: 0.700 l
  • Total weight: 0.980 kg

Mixing time: 5 - 7 minutes, medium speed

Instructions for use: Combine all the biscuit dough ingredients together until well combined and the mixture becomes crunchy. In a glass, add a little of the crunch mixture to the bottom, then layer with cream on top of the crunch. For the final touch, decorate with fresh fruit.
