Biscuit Dough:
Mixing time: 5 - 7 minutes, medium speed
Baking temperature: 180 °C – 190° C
Baking time: 10 - 12 minutes
Filling Cream:
Mixing time: 5 - 7 minutes, medium speed
Instructions for use: Combine all the biscuit dough ingredients together until well combined and the mixture becomes crunchy. In a glass, add a little of the crunch mixture to the bottom, then layer with cream on top of the crunch. For the final touch, decorate with fresh fruit.
